Founded in 1947, the Frederick Civitan Club is a community-service organization dedicated to the support and encouragement of persons with developmental disabilities.
Civitans are part of an International and District-level group of volunteers committed to service through hands-on projects, volunteer hours, and fund-raising efforts.
